Okay, let’s be real. Brazilian steakhouses are inherently theatrical. All that sizzling meat, the gauchos carving tableside, the endless parade of… well, meat. Rodizio Grill in Orlando definitely delivers on the spectacle. But does the food live up to the show, and more importantly, is it worth the hefty price tag? I recently braved the meat sweats to find out.

The Meat: A Carnivore’s Paradise (or a Missed Opportunity?)
The heart of any rodizio is, of course, the meat. Rodizio Grill boasts a wide selection, from the standard picanha (top sirloin) and flank steak to chicken wrapped in bacon and grilled pineapple. The presentation is undeniably impressive. The gauchos are attentive, constantly circling with skewers of freshly cooked meat. The pacing is good; I never felt overwhelmed or rushed.
The Good: The picanha, when cooked right, was juicy and flavorful. The bacon-wrapped chicken was a surprisingly delicious guilty pleasure. And I genuinely appreciated the grilled pineapple as a palate cleanser between the heavier cuts.
